One thing that has been consistent throughout all of my courses here at Bucknell are the emphasis on the use of reliable sources. In the beginning of the video when they show articles on sudden deaths none of the articles, from what I could tell, were CRAAP sources. They used sources like daily mail and TMZ which are not fact checked or peer reviewed. As a Pre-med student looking to go into medicine this does not seem factual to me. The funeral directors are primary sources because they saw these clots first hand, but they are not doctors or medical professionals so when it comes to them speculating about the vaccines I do not believe they are credible. They have no hard evidence, it is all pseudoscience.
I think that the clots shown in the documentary are very concerning. It is concerning that these clots are showing up in people and it seems as if no one knows why. When you die your blood can start to coagulate 8-12 hours after death. It is normal to have clots in your blood, but not from what the embalmers in the video are saying it seems that the clots they are seeing are different then usual.
When I looked up the film on google all of the sources on the film mentioned that the claims in the documentary were debunked and that the anti-vaccine community was upset with the film. The film paints a bad image of the anti-vaccine community. Articles on it used words like “bogus” to describe the film. I can conclude that this film has no credible sources and their speculation about the vaccines and sudden deaths have been proved to have no correlation.
